The Zensational Academy is the place to work through your own program without a set schedule. You will find balance in all areas of your life and can continuously work with me as the programs grow. Life is a challenge are you willing to accept it? Do you desire to live your greatest version? How much value would it give to know 20 years of experience, education, trial and error, ups and downs all put to one amazing 90 day program?

Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want. You c an pick from the tiers in the Academy which may include some on-on-one or group sessions to working through the programs on a solo mission.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. I have set the Academy at 90 day programs and if you do the work you will see positive results.
